*** Special Districts Election Update ***

Ballots Arriving Soon, Due by May 18, 2021 


(Douglas County, Or.) Ballots for the upcoming May 18, 2021 Special Districts Election will be arriving after April 29, 2021 for registered voters in Douglas County.

Ballots must be returned no later than 8:00 pm on May 18th, 2021.  Douglas County voters have until approximately Monday, May 10th, 2021 to safely utilize US mail to cast their ballot for the Special Districts Election. Votes can also use office ballot drop site (for a complete list follow link: Douglas County Ballot Drop Site Locations


The Douglas County Clerk would like to remind voters;

  • In order to receive an official ballot for the Special Districts Election, you must be registered to vote and your voter registration must be up-to-date.  
    1. Registered voters who need to update their registration information have until 8:00 pm on May 18, 2021 at or complete Voter Registration form and return to Douglas County Clerk’s Office located at the 1036 SE Douglas Avenue, Room 124 in Roseburg.
  • NEW VOTER registrations are limited by the April 27, 2021 deadline.
  • If registered voters haven’t received ballots by Friday, May 7, 2021 please contact or visit our office.
  • Before turning in a ballot, make sure you have reviewed and completed both sides of the ballot.
  • Confirm you have signed your ballot return envelope, where it lists your printed name and address.
  • Sign the ballot envelope in the same manner as your most current voter registration card.
