1. Is there a disabled veteran discount?

Douglas County Parks honors the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department’s Special Access Pass for Disabled Veterans. The pass can be used for 10 nights per year free camping. Five nights can be used per any 30 day period. Group sites, yurts and cabins are not eligible. Additional fees for extra vehicles, etc. may be applicable.

The Special Access Pass must be presented at time of registration. The pass must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.

2. Is there a Douglas County resident discount?

The Douglas County Park Department currently offers a $2 discount on individual campsites only for Douglas County residents with proof of residency. The discount does not apply to group camping, pavilions, yurts or cabins.  Please show your State ID to the host on duty during your stay to qualify.

3. Are there seasonal rates?

No. Not in the sense of Winter V Summer.  We do have Holiday and event rates for most parks.  This is a $20.00 per day increase on normal rates for regular sites, cabins and yurts. $60.00 per day increase for group sites.
